1. Track Academy Sprint Challenge, Saturday 19th December
IT’S THE RETURN OF CONNIE HENRY’S TRACK ACADEMY SPRINT CHALLENGE WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE WLAN, ON SATURDAY THE 19TH DECEMBER 2015 (JUST 4 WEEKS AWAY!)
THIS HAS BEEN A SUPERB COMPETITION WITH A BUZZING ATMOSPHERE FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF SEASONS!

2. TVH Awarded London Club of Year
On Monday evening, Thames Valley Harriers was awarded the Club of the Year for the London Region by England Athletics.

3. Post-Met League Social

4. Catering for Met League
On Saturday 5th at the Met League we are needing a few more people to work behind the bar selling hot drinks, sandwiches, cake etc.
If you are available anytime from around 12-4pm please do let me know.
5. Marshalling for Met League
Thank you to everyone who has so far emailed and/or signed up in the clubhouse-much appreciated! Still in need of a few more to make sure we cover the courses. If we have more than needed we can then start to buddy people up :-) The shifts are below:
Shift 1: 1pm-2pm
1pm: U11(Boys & girls), 1500m
1.15 pm: U13 Boys, 3000m
1.20 pm: U13 Girls, 3000m
1.35 pm: U17 Men & U15 Boys, 4000m
1.40 pm: U17 Women & U15 Girls, 4000m
Shift 2: 1.50 – 3.30(ish)
Not before 1.55 pm: U20 & Senior Women, 6000m
Not before 2.35 pm: U20 & Senior Men, 8000m
6. Marshalling for County Champs
Further on, after Christmas (9th January) we will be having home advantage for the County Champs. As for the Met League, let’s make sure we can cover the course around the scrubs. Shifts are as follows:
Shift 1: 10.30 – 12.30 pm
10.45: U11 Boys, 1500m
10.50: U11 Girls, 1500m
11.00: U13 Boys, 3000m
11.05: U13 Girls, 3000m
11.25: U15 Boys, 4000m
11.30: U15 Girls, 4000m
11.55: U17/U20 Women, 5000m
Shift 2: 12.15-3pm
12.25: U17 men, 6000m
12.30: U20 Men, 8000m
13.00: Senior Women, 8000m
13.45: Senior Men, 12 000m
7. Huffer’s Holidays
Again, thank you to everyone that signed up in the clubhouse and by email, if you are available anytime between 6-8pm to serve behind the bar on the following dates do let me know:
