I am contacting you from Mosaic Films – we’re an award winning documentary production company that specializes in films on general health, mental health and social issues. We are producing an educational series for BBC Learning on athletics and sport. It is a 10 part series to be used in GCSE PE classrooms across the country and to be shown on the BBC Bitesize website. It’s aimed at young people – with a view to increasing knowledge of, and participation in, sport.

We are looking for able bodied and disabled sprinters or runners between the ages of 16-25 years who would like to speak with us about the programme. The filming is scheduled to take place next week, on the morning of Tuesday the 22nd of September, at Brunel University in Uxbridge. The final contributor would be part of a directed filming session then a voice over recording, which will illustrate different aspects of ‘The Principles of Training’. The whole process would take around 6 hours. We would of course be able to pay for all travel and food expenses.
