8 Gold, 9 Silver and 7 Bronze Medals at the Middlesex Indoors

TVH won 8 Gold, 9 Silver and 7 Bronze medals at the Middlesex Indoor Championships over the weekend of 19th and 20th March at Lee Valley. There were many good performances and life time best times and distances including a new personal best from Keano-Elliott Paris-Samuel (pictured) in the U20 men 60m 7.09 as he ran the same time as Jordan Francis who claimed the bronze medal. The U17 ladies 200m saw a 1,2,3 for TVH with Hannah Hall, Alanah Duberry and Erika Yeboah.
