3 Gold, 3 Silver and a Bronze medal at the South of England Indoor Championship

SEAA Indoor Championships 2015, Lee Valley
TVH claimed 3 gold, 3 silver and a bronze medal at the South of England Indoor Championship this month. TVH’s finalist are listed below.
Erika Yeboah 3rd (bronze) U15 girls 60m, 8.00 PB. Erika is currently ranked 4th U15 in the UK.
Tayla Brade 4th 60m U20 women, 7.68. Tayla’s also ran PB times in her heats and semi (7.63).
Nigel Thomas 2nd (silver) 60m senior men, 6.85. Nigel is currently ranked 11th overall in the UK.
Keano Paris-Samuel 4th U17 men 200m, 23.52. Keano also just missed out in spot in the 60m final.
Isabel Dye 2nd (silver) 1500 U20 women 4:43.26 PB and new club record. Izzy has just moved up to this age group and was beaten by an athlete who set a new championship record.
Mohamud Aadan 5th 1500m senior men, 3:59.44 PB. Mohamud also set a new PB and a new indoor club the previous week in the 3000m at the BMC held in Sheffield (8:14.40).
Ogo Anochirionye 6th senior men long jump, 6.80m. Ogo recently set a PB of 7.14m at the Metaswith games.
Jude Bright-Davies 2nd (Silver) U17 men long jump, 6.42m. Jude is ranked 1st in the UK as an U17 in the triple jump and 2nd in the long jump.
Lia Stephenson 1st (Gold) U20s triple, 12.19m. Lia was just 4cm away from a new championship record and is ranked currently No.1 in the UK.
Jude Bright-Davies 1st (Gold) U17 men Triple Jump, 13.78m. New indoor PB and new indoor club record.
Shannon Connolly 1st (gold)senior women pole vault, 3.30m. Shannon also set a new indoor club record recently at the Metaswitch Games (3.50m).
