Kids on Track

Athletics for children

What's Kids on Track?

Kids on Track is a weekly session for children aged 8-14 to have fun while learning to run, jump and throw.

Led by experienced Thames Valley Harriers coaches, the children get to experiment, learn about training, and find out what activities they most enjoy.

Maybe they’ll develop a passion for it, and we can help them achieve the best they can, even progress to elite international competition.

Whatever their ambitions, it’s a great way for children to stay active and healthy, to discover their athleticism and to make lifelong friends.
