Thames Valley Harriers ladies team continue to go from strength to strength with a superb team performance in the second UKWAL match at Alexander Stadium in Birmingham. As usual the fantastic team spirit shone through welcoming to the team three debutants. There was also a club record and several individual lifetime best performances.
