Donations to TVH & Gift Aid

Following registration with the Inland Revenue as a 'Community Amateur Sports Club', TVH can now claim tax relief on donations (and other qualifying income).
All that is needed is your signature to the enclosed Gift Aid Declaration form.

Would you please complete the Declaration form by:
- entering your full name and address
-deleting one or more of the statements marked *
- signing and dating the statement


and then return it to Kathy Davidson, at the above address.
