July  Lucy Knott Not only has she been a consistent and focused athlete, she has also achieved a number of personal bests throughout this season, her last one being in the final competition. Lucy now realises that in order to achieve her goals for next season, ie. a plus 30 m throw, she must apply herself to some winter training and despite her very busy schedule at school will aim to attend track once a week throughout the winter. I like her attitude - to move forward in any endeavour application is necessary.

Good luck with the training Lucy!
